Who We Are

Dam and Deb Youth Empowerment and People with disability Foundation (DBA Dade Initiative) is a global, non-profit organization on a mission to build inclusive communities through the power of innovation and technology.

Born from a deep conviction that every person deserves equal rights and opportunities, Dade Initiative designs and delivers programs that drive meaningful impact in the lives of persons with disabilities.

Our work includes accessible, cutting-edge digital skilling that opens new pathways to employment and entrepreneurship; grassroots campaigns and strategic partnerships that defend and advance disability rights; evidence-based policy and advocacy efforts that influence inclusive legislation at all levels; and the promotion of inclusive education through universal-design curricula and teacher development initiatives that ensure quality learning for all.
